- Monitor, review, and remove inappropriate content while fostering positive user interactions
- Implement and refine community engagement strategies for iGaming/Crypto audiences
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align community initiatives with brand messaging
- Generate reports on community health, sentiment, and growth metrics
- Stay updated on platform algorithm changes and moderation best practices
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams on community-related campaigns and events
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience moderating Reddit and X (Twitter) communities
- Deep familiarity with iGaming, Crypto, or Online Casino industries
