- Edit and produce engaging, high-retention short-form video content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
- Implement effective storytelling techniques, including dynamic cuts, text overlays, and sound design to maximize viewer engagement.
- Stay current with social media trends, trending audio, and platform-specific editing styles.
- Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm video concepts and content strategies.
- Manage project files efficiently and ensure all content is delivered on time, meeting high-quality standards.
- Incorporate feedback and iterate on edits to optimize video performance.
- Maintain brand consistency across all platforms and video projects.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Video Editor, specifically with short-form content (portfolio required).
- Proficiency in industry-standard editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Strong understanding of pacing, color correction, and audio mixing for mobile-first audiences.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.
- Deep understanding of current social media trends and viral content mechanics.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a creative team.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
