- Install, maintain, and repair commercial and industrial air conditioning and refrigeration systems.
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure peak system performance and energy efficiency.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical faults in cooling units.
- Replace or repair faulty components, including compressors, condensers, evaporators, and thermostats.
- Ensure strict compliance with all safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies.
- Monitor and manage refrigerant levels, ensuring proper handling and disposal according to regulations.
- Collaborate with management to schedule repairs and minimize operational downtime.

Kualifikasi
- Vocational diploma or certificate in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Technology or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of proven work experience in HVAC maintenance and repair.
- Strong knowledge of refrigeration principles, thermodynamics, and electrical systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
- Valid PRC license (for Technicians) or relevant government-issued certification.
- Physically fit and capable of working in various environments, including confined spaces.
- Basic computer literacy for logging work orders and maintaining records.
