Tanggung Jawab
- Install, troubleshoot, and maintain refrigeration and HVAC systems in commercial cold storage facilities
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance to optimize system efficiency
- Diagnose mechanical/electrical failures and execute timely repairs
- Comply with safety protocols and EPA regulations for refrigerant handling
- Document service reports and maintain accurate maintenance records
- Collaborate with engineering teams on system upgrades and energy-saving initiatives
- Respond to emergency breakdowns during off-hours as required
Kualifikasi
- Technical certification in Refrigeration/HVAC or equivalent vocational training
- Minimum 3 years' experience in commercial refrigeration systems
- Proficiency in diagnosing electrical/mechanical faults in compressors, condensers, and evaporators
- Valid EPA Section 608 certification mandatory
- Strong knowledge of refrigerants (R-22, R-410A, ammonia) and EPA compliance
- Ability to read technical schematics and blueprints
- Physical stamina for confined space work and lifting up to 25kg
