Tanggung Jawab
- Install, maintain, and repair commercial refrigeration systems including walk-in coolers, freezers, and display cases
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control system malfunctions
- Perform preventative maintenance schedules to optimize system efficiency and longevity
- Replace defective components and order necessary parts according to specifications
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and environmental regulations
- Document maintenance activities and prepare technical reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support facility operations
Kualifikasi
- 3+ years of experience in commercial refrigeration maintenance and repair
- Technical certification in HVAC/R or refrigeration technology (preferred)
- Strong diagnostic skills for electrical and mechanical systems
- Proficiency with refrigeration tools and diagnostic equipment
- Knowledge of EPA regulations and refrigerant handling
- Ability to read technical schematics and blueprints
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Physical ability to work in confined spaces and lift heavy equipment
