Are you a performance-driven Ecommerce professional with a passion for driving sales through strategic content? We are seeking a dynamic Regional Digital Marketing & Ecommerce Executive to join our team in Manila. In this role, you will be the engine behind our marketplace operations, ensuring that every piece of content, product listing, and promotional campaign is optimized to maximize conversion rates and brand visibility.
As our Regional Digital Marketing & Ecommerce Executive, you will manage end-to-end marketplace health across multiple channels. You won't just be managing listings; you will be analyzing consumer behavior, optimizing search rankings, and executing data-driven marketing strategies that turn browsers into loyal customers. We are looking for someone who understands that content is the bridge between a consumer’s need and our product solution.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategies for regional ecommerce marketplaces (Lazada, Shopee, TikTok Shop).
- Optimize product listings using SEO best practices, high-converting copy, and compelling imagery to improve search rankings and organic visibility.
- Manage promotional calendars, flash sales, and marketing campaign setups in coordination with platform account managers.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (conversion rate, traffic, ROAS) to provide actionable insights for sales growth.
- Coordinate with regional teams to ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.
- Maintain healthy inventory levels and troubleshoot backend operational issues within the marketplace dashboards.
- A/B test product descriptions and creative assets to continuously improve customer engagement and sales performance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in E-commerce management or digital marketing, specifically within marketplace platforms.
- Proven track record of managing high-volume product listings and driving conversion growth.
- In-depth knowledge of SEO principles and content marketing strategies within the retail sector.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and marketplace analytics tools.
- Ability to work independently as a contractor and manage multiple regional stakeholder relationships effectively.
- Excellent command of English, with a flair for persuasive copywriting.
