Dwi Cermat Indonesia is currently seeking a highly motivated and strategic Regional Field Collection Manager to oversee our credit operations across the Jawa Barat region. In this pivotal leadership role, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence, optimizing collection strategies, and ensuring that our field teams operate at peak efficiency to meet organizational financial targets.
As our Regional Field Collection Manager, you will serve as a bridge between high-level corporate strategy and ground-level execution. You will lead a diverse team, manage resource allocation, and implement data-driven KPIs to minimize credit risk while maintaining excellent service standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive field collection strategies to achieve regional targets and reduce NPL ratios.
- Manage, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of field collection agents across the Jawa Barat region.
- Oversee resource allocation, staffing requirements, and performance measurement frameworks.
- Ensure compliance with company credit policies and Indonesian financial regulations during all field activities.
- Analyze collection performance data to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
- Monitor credit operation capacity to ensure scalable performance during peak collection cycles.
- Maintain effective reporting lines to senior management regarding regional performance, risks, and market conditions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in credit collection or field operations within the banking or financial services industry.
- Proven track record in managing large, multi-site teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable field strategies.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- High level of integrity, resilience, and professional maturity.
- Strong knowledge of local regulations and industry standards regarding debt recovery in Indonesia.
