Tanggung Jawab
- Implement and promote Ruangguru's educational technology solutions in assigned schools and institutions
- Conduct on-site training and technical support for educators and administrators
- Identify and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and connectivity
- Gather user feedback and market intelligence to inform product development
- Coordinate logistics for regional events, workshops, and product demonstrations
- Maintain accurate records of field activities and performance metrics
- Collaborate with internal teams to align regional strategies with company goals
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Education, IT, Business, or related field
- Proven experience in field operations, sales support, or customer service
- Valid motorcycle license and ability to travel extensively within the region
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and local dialects
- Proficiency in troubleshooting basic IT hardware/software issues
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience in education sector or EdTech is highly desirable
- Proficiency in MS Office and digital documentation tools
