Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies for National Key Accounts within the assigned region.
- Manage and optimize trade budgets to ensure maximum return on investment for promotional activities.
- Analyze sales performance data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including supply chain and marketing, to ensure seamless product availability and promotional execution.
- Monitor and report on monthly/quarterly sales targets, providing actionable insights to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company pricing policies and distribution standards across all key accounts.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Key Account Management, preferably in the FMCG or manufacturing industry.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale regional accounts and meeting aggressive sales quotas.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and sales reporting tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Deep understanding of the Indonesian retail landscape and distribution channels.
- Willingness to travel as required to oversee regional market operations.
