Megasurya Mas is currently seeking an experienced Regional Key Account Manager to join our dynamic team in Sidoarjo. In this pivotal role, you will be the strategic bridge between our organization and our key retail partners, ensuring that our market presence in Eastern Indonesia is not only maintained but significantly expanded.
As our Regional Key Account Manager, you will take ownership of budget controls, promotional strategies, and aggressive sales targets. You will be responsible for conducting deep-dive analytical reporting to identify market opportunities, resolve distribution challenges, and optimize product visibility. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies for the Eastern Indonesia region to achieve and exceed quarterly/annual targets.
- Manage and monitor operational budgets, ensuring optimal ROI on trade spend and promotional activities.
- Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with National Key Account partners to secure preferred placement and brand advocacy.
- Conduct advanced data analysis to evaluate sales performance, identify market trends, and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with internal marketing and supply chain teams to ensure product availability and effective promotional execution.
- Provide regular, high-level reporting to senior management regarding regional performance, competitor activity, and market insights.
- Identify new business development opportunities within the territory to drive market share expansion.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Key Account Management, preferably in the FMCG or consumer goods industry.
- Deep understanding of the distribution landscape and consumer behavior within the Eastern Indonesia market.
- Proven track record of managing high-value accounts and delivering consistent sales growth.
- Strong financial acumen, including proficiency in budget management and P&L analysis.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory as required by business needs.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and CRM software.
