Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute regional marketing campaigns to support brand awareness and lead generation goals.
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to identify new growth opportunities in the manufacturing landscape.
- Coordinate with cross-functional departments to ensure marketing initiatives align with business objectives.
- Manage marketing collateral, content creation, and digital assets for regional distribution.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to provide actionable insights and improve ROI.
- Plan and support regional events, exhibitions, and industry trade shows.
- Maintain consistent brand messaging across all digital and print platforms.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience in marketing, preferably within the Manufacturing or B2B industrial sector.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, social media management, and CRM platforms.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with regional stakeholders.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced MNC environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite; experience with design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a strong plus.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to marketing.
