Pilmico Foods Corporation, the integrated agribusiness and food company of the Aboitiz Group, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Product Marketing Manager for Swine Feeds to be based in our Makati City office. This is a high-impact leadership role where you will take full ownership of the Swine product category portfolio across Aboitiz Foods, managing the esteemed Gold Coin brand. Your Impact
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for defining the strategic vision for the Swine feed line. This includes market analysis, product portfolio optimization, pricing strategy, and promotional planning. You will lead the product lifecycle from inception to retirement, ensuring our offerings remain competitive and relevant. Your ability to synthesize market data, customer insights, and financial metrics will be key to identifying new opportunities for growth and profitability. Tanggung Jawab
- Define and execute the strategic marketing plan for the Swine Feed product category (Gold Coin brand), aligning with overall business objectives and market opportunities.
- Own the P&L for the category, managing pricing, volume targets, and trade spend to achieve revenue and profitability goals.
- Lead market research initiatives to understand customer needs, competitive dynamics, and emerging trends in the animal nutrition and livestock industry.
- Drive product innovation by collaborating with R&D, formulating new products, and managing the launch process to ensure successful commercialization.
- Develop and manage robust marketing campaigns and channel programs to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention across various segments.
- Work cross-functionally with Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure seamless operations and alignment on key initiatives.
- Monitor market performance, analyze sales data, and adjust strategies proactively to maximize market share and growth.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Agriculture, or related field. An MBA is a distinct advantage.
- Minimum of 7+ years of progressive experience in Product Marketing, Brand Management, or Category Management, ideally within the Animal Feed, Agribusiness, or FMCG sectors.
- Proven experience managing a product portfolio and P&L with a track record of delivering profitable growth.
- Deep knowledge of the Philippine swine industry, market dynamics, customer segments, and distribution channels is highly preferred.
- Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies.
- Outstanding leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
- Highly proficient in financial modeling, pricing strategy, and digital marketing tools.
