Are you a dynamic sales leader with a passion for the beauty and aesthetic industry? Ella Skin Clinic is looking for a results-driven Regional Sales Manager to oversee our clinic operations in Jakarta. In this pivotal role, you will be the driving force behind our regional growth, ensuring that our branches meet and exceed performance benchmarks while maintaining the highest standards of service excellence.
You will be responsible for deep-diving into performance data, analyzing clinic traffic, and implementing strategic initiatives to boost closing rates and average order values (AOV). We are looking for a visionary manager who excels at coaching teams and executing sales strategies that turn operational insights into sustainable revenue growth.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to drive revenue growth across assigned clinics.
- Monitor and evaluate branch performance using key metrics such as Omzet, traffic, closing rates, and AOV.
- Conduct regular site visits to provide coaching, feedback, and operational guidance to branch managers.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to optimize customer acquisition and retention strategies.
- Manage and report regional sales performance data to senior management with actionable insights.
- Ensure all clinic staff adhere to company sales protocols and provide an exceptional customer experience.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in regional sales management or multi-unit operations, preferably in the beauty, aesthetic, or retail industry.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in KPI tracking and data-driven decision-making.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and motivate high-performing sales teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Resilient, goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Willingness to travel within the Jakarta region as required by business operations.
