Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to penetrate the Commercial & Industrial energy market in the region.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed individual and team KPIs.
- Identify and qualify high-potential leads, managing the full sales cycle from initial outreach to contract closure.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including facility managers, property developers, and industrial plant operators.
- Conduct professional presentations and technical consultations to showcase the value of Jumbo Power International's solutions.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory shifts to adjust sales tactics proactively.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, activity reports, and performance updates for senior leadership.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is a significant plus.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in energy, power systems, or heavy industry sectors.
- Demonstrated success in managing regional sales teams and hitting multi-billion IDR revenue targets.
- Strong technical aptitude and the ability to explain complex energy solutions to non-technical decision-makers.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- A robust existing network of contacts within the industrial and commercial sector in Indonesia.
- High proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
