Style Korean Indonesia is looking for a dedicated Regulatory Affairs Specialist (BPOM & HALAL) to join our growing team. In this pivotal role, you will ensure our products meet all necessary legal requirements, specifically focusing on BPOM (Badan Pengawas Obat dan Makanan) and Halal certification standards.
You will be responsible for monitoring legislative changes, preparing and filing necessary documentation, and maintaining strict adherence to Indonesian health regulations. Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and analyze updates on BPOM regulations and Halal certification requirements.
- Prepare and submit accurate product dossiers, labeling, and marketing materials to BPOM.
- Manage the Halal certification process in collaboration with MUI (Majelis Ulama Indonesia) and other certification bodies.
- Conduct internal audits to ensure product compliance with legal standards.
- Liaise with government agencies and external consultants regarding regulatory inquiries.
- Update product registration data and maintain a comprehensive regulatory database.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Biology, Law, or related fields.
- Proven experience in Regulatory Affairs, specifically with BPOM and Halal procedures.
- Deep understanding of Indonesian health and cosmetic regulations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex regulatory texts.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
