Tanggung Jawab
- Read and interpret structural blueprints and site drawings to determine steel reinforcement requirements.
- Cut, bend, and shape steel bars (rebar) to precise specifications using hand and power tools.
- Position and secure rebar in concrete forms to create strong structural frameworks for buildings and infrastructure.
- Work closely with site supervisors and concrete teams to ensure structural alignment and stability.
- Perform regular maintenance on tools and equipment to ensure operational safety and efficiency.
- Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations.
- Coordinate with team members to meet project timelines and quality standards.
- Report any site irregularities or safety concerns to the project lead immediately.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Steel Fixer or Reinforcing Iron Worker in the construction industry.
- Ability to read and understand complex technical drawings and blueprints.
- Physical stamina and strength to perform heavy lifting and repetitive manual tasks.
- Familiarity with standard construction tools and safety equipment.
- Willingness to work at various heights and in outdoor environments as required by project needs.
- Possession of relevant safety certifications (e.g., Construction Safety Orientation Course - CSOC) is highly preferred.
- Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude towards site collaboration.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while adhering to strict deadlines.
