Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing banking or corporate partners to drive business growth.
  • Identify and convert new business opportunities through professional networking and proactive outreach.
  • Provide expert consultancy on AJK (Asuransi Jiwa Kredit) products to meet client financial protection needs.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets set by the regional management.
  • Conduct professional presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity in the Kalimantan Timur region.
  • Provide excellent after-sales service and support to ensure high customer retention rates.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in sales, banking, or the insurance industry (AJK experience is highly preferred).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving ability with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet aggressive sales targets.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned operational territory of Samarinda and surrounding areas.
