Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing banking or corporate partners to drive business growth.
- Identify and convert new business opportunities through professional networking and proactive outreach.
- Provide expert consultancy on AJK (Asuransi Jiwa Kredit) products to meet client financial protection needs.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets set by the regional management.
- Conduct professional presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity in the Kalimantan Timur region.
- Provide excellent after-sales service and support to ensure high customer retention rates.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in sales, banking, or the insurance industry (AJK experience is highly preferred).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving ability with a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet aggressive sales targets.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned operational territory of Samarinda and surrounding areas.
