Join Search Personnel as a Relationship Manager specializing in SME Financing and Commercial Banking. This pivotal role offers the opportunity to drive growth in Singapore's dynamic SME sector by originating and managing financing clients. You'll be responsible for expanding our loan portfolio through strategic client acquisition, conducting thorough credit assessments, and ensuring seamless documentation processes. The position requires proactive stakeholder coordination across credit, legal, and operational teams to facilitate efficient loan disbursements and repayment management. Beyond transactional execution, you'll serve as a trusted financial advisor, helping SME clients optimize cash flow and navigate complex regulatory landscapes. - Originate and maintain relationships with SME clients to grow financing portfolio
- Conduct comprehensive credit analysis and risk assessment for loan proposals
- Manage end-to-end loan documentation and compliance processes
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (credit, legal, operations) for smooth transaction execution
- Monitor loan repayments and implement restructuring strategies when necessary
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for banking products and services
- Provide financial advisory to SME clients on cash flow optimization and business growth
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in SME financing or commercial banking
- Strong credit analysis and risk assessment capabilities
- Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in banking software and MS Office applications
- Knowledge of Singapore's regulatory framework for SME lending
- CFA or FRM certification preferred
- Proven track record in loan portfolio growth
