Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular consultations and service excellence
- Proactively identify and cross-sell banking products (loans, deposits, investments) to meet targets
- Conduct market research to uncover new business opportunities in Sleman region
- Prepare comprehensive financial proposals and documentation for client approvals
- Collaborate with credit team to ensure smooth loan processing and compliance
- Maintain accurate client records and transaction documentation in banking systems
- Participate in branch sales activities and community outreach programs
- Stay updated on banking regulations, products, and digital banking trends
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in sales, customer service, or banking operations
- Strong communication skills with ability to explain complex financial products simply
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets in financial services
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and banking software systems
- Valid Sertifikat Kompetensi Profesional (SKP) in banking preferred
- Ability to work independently while collaborating in team environments
- Willingness to work flexible hours including Saturdays when required
