Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the bank's customer base in Yogyakarta.
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Provide comprehensive information regarding banking products, services, and financial solutions.
- Ensure high standards of service quality to maximize customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conduct regular field visits to meet clients and monitor account performance.
- Prepare accurate and timely reports on daily sales activities and market trends.
- Achieve individual and team performance targets as set by the branch management.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1) from any field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; experience in sales or banking is a significant plus.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Highly motivated, target-oriented, and disciplined.
- Willing to work in the field and mobile within the Yogyakarta area.
- Proficient in using basic computer applications (MS Office).
- Possess a valid driving license (SIM C) and a personal vehicle.
