Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively identify and engage UMKM clients for microbusiness loan products
- Conduct comprehensive financial assessments and credit analysis
- Develop personalized loan proposals aligned with business needs
- Maintain and expand client relationships through regular follow-ups
- Collaborate with credit team to ensure compliance and risk management
- Track sales targets and market penetration metrics
- Participate in community outreach programs to build brand awareness
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years in sales or financial services (banking preferred)
- Proven track record in B2B client acquisition and retention
- Strong analytical skills for financial evaluation and risk assessment
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Familiarity with UMKM ecosystem and local business landscape
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office applications
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
