Tanggung Jawab
- Provide backup coverage for regular security officers during absences
- Monitor premises through patrols and surveillance systems
- Screen visitors and control access points to prevent unauthorized entry
- Respond promptly to security incidents and emergency situations
- Write detailed incident reports and maintain activity logs
- Collaborate with law enforcement during investigations
- Enforce company safety policies and procedures
- Assist in emergency evacuation drills and protocols
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience as a security officer (Satpam)
- Valid security certification/license as per Indonesian regulations
- Strong observational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends
- Basic first aid and CPR certification preferred
- Good physical fitness and ability to stand for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Clear criminal background check
