Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and manage overdue accounts to ensure timely debt collection
- Initiate contact with debtors via phone, email, and in-person meetings
- Develop and negotiate customized repayment plans for delinquent accounts
- Maintain detailed records of all collection activities and communications
- Collaborate with legal team when initiating formal recovery procedures
- Prepare regular collection reports and performance metrics
- Ensure compliance with debt collection regulations and company policies
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma; bachelor's degree in finance/accounting preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in collections or accounts receivable management
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and collection software systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Knowledge of Indonesian debt collection regulations
- Ability to work independently and meet collection targets
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia; basic English communication skills beneficial
