Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer support in both Chinese and English via multiple channels including chat, email, and phone
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues related to the music streaming platform efficiently and professionally
- Maintain thorough knowledge of product features, subscription plans, and account management processes
- Document all interactions accurately in the CRM system and maintain updated customer records
- Meet individual performance metrics including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores
- Collaborate with team members and cross-functional departments to escalate complex issues appropriately
- Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and provide constructive feedback to management
- Stay updated on new platform features, promotions, and industry trends in music streaming
Kualifikasi
- Bilingual proficiency in Chinese and English (written and verbal) is mandatory; HSK 4 or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric attitude
- Basic technical troubleshooting abilities for app and account-related issues
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus
- Passion for music and familiarity with music streaming platforms such as Spotify, Apple Music, or similar services
