Tanggung Jawab
- Manage, monitor, and maintain cloud infrastructure across various platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, DigitalOcean).
- Administer and optimize Linux servers (Ubuntu, CentOS, Debian) and web hosting environments (Apache, Nginx, cPanel/WHM).
- Provide expert technical support and troubleshooting for client web hosting, server, and application-related issues.
- Implement and manage security protocols, backups, disaster recovery plans, and system updates to ensure data integrity and system availability.
- Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement proactive solutions to enhance reliability and efficiency.
- Automate routine system administration tasks using scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python).
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless deployment and optimal performance of web applications.
- Document system configurations, processes, and troubleshooting guides for knowledge sharing.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum of 3+ years of professional experience in Cloud System Administration, Web Hosting Support, or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Linux operating systems, command-line interfaces, and shell scripting.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or DigitalOcean.
- Solid understanding of web server technologies (Apache, Nginx), DNS, and database systems (MySQL/MariaDB, PostgreSQL).
- Familiarity with control panels like cPanel/WHM is a significant advantage.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work effectively in a fully remote, independent environment.
- Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
