- Develop comprehensive design concepts and detailed floor plans for residential/commercial spaces
- Create 3D visualizations, mood boards, and material specifications
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and vendor relationships
- Conduct virtual client consultations and present design proposals
- Oversee project implementation and ensure quality standards
- Research and incorporate sustainable design practices
- Curate and maintain an active design portfolio on social media
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field
- Minimum 5 years of professional interior design experience
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong portfolio demonstrating diverse design capabilities
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities
- Social media marketing experience preferred
