Tanggung Jawab
- Develop high-quality 3D models and photorealistic renderings for architectural projects.
- Collaborate with the design team to interpret blueprints, sketches, and design requirements accurately.
- Apply advanced lighting, material, and texturing techniques to enhance visual realism.
- Manage project timelines and deliver high-resolution assets within strict deadlines.
- Maintain and organize a library of 3D assets, textures, and rendering templates.
- Continuously research and implement the latest trends and technologies in architectural visualization.
- Participate in design review sessions and provide constructive feedback on visual presentations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
- At least 2-4 years of professional experience in architectural rendering and visualization.
- Expert-level proficiency in industry-standard software such as 3ds Max, V-Ray, Corona Renderer, SketchUp, or Unreal Engine.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating mastery of lighting, composition, and post-production techniques.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, for advanced post-processing.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot technical rendering issues.
