Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end rental/leasing operations including customer acquisition, contract negotiations, and fleet allocation
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve monthly/quarterly targets
- Develop and execute strategic plans to expand market share and penetrate new customer segments
- Optimize fleet utilization through demand forecasting, maintenance scheduling, and asset rotation
- Analyze sales performance data and KPIs to identify growth opportunities and operational improvements
- Oversee customer relationship management, ensuring retention through exceptional service
- Collaborate with finance and operations teams on pricing strategies, budgeting, and cost control
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 5 years experience in automotive rental/leasing or fleet management
- Proven track record of leading sales teams and exceeding revenue targets
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in CRM systems and data visualization tools
- Expert knowledge of Singapore's automotive market regulations and compliance requirements
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management abilities
