Tanggung Jawab
- Support the end-to-end production of high-quality investment research reports and data insights.
- Conduct deep-dive qualitative and quantitative analysis on specific sectors, companies, or market trends.
- Maintain and update financial databases to ensure information accuracy for institutional clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline research workflows and improve output efficiency.
- Monitor market developments and summarize key implications for the wider research team.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations and data visualizations to communicate complex findings effectively.
- Ensure all research outputs comply with internal quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related analytical field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in financial research, equity analysis, or a similar data-driven role.
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling and data manipulation using Excel or Python.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail.
- Deep understanding of capital markets and investment research methodologies.
- Proven ability to synthesize large volumes of information into actionable insights.
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to team-based research projects.
