Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Physics, Materials Science, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of laboratory experience in R&D environments
- Proficiency in experimental design and data analysis methodologies
- Strong knowledge of laboratory safety standards and compliance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams
