- Conduct comprehensive research to identify relevant grant opportunities from government bodies, foundations, and private donors.
- Write, edit, and proofread high-quality grant proposals, case for support, and project reports to meet strict deadlines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary data, statistics, and success stories for proposal submissions.
- Manage the entire grant lifecycle, including pre-award preparation, post-award reporting, and compliance monitoring.
- Develop and maintain a library of funding resources and track application status across multiple platforms.
- Analyze past proposal outcomes to refine strategies and improve success rates for future submissions.
- Ensure all written materials adhere to organizational branding guidelines and donor-specific formatting requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, English, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in grant writing, research, or proposal development.
- Proven track record of successfully securing funding from diverse funding sources.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills with a strong command of grammar and style.
- Strong research abilities, including the capacity to synthesize complex information into clear, concise language.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and grant management software (e.g., ZoomGrants, Fluxx).
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is a strong advantage.
