Nanyang Technological University (NTU Singapore) is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Research Assistant or Research Associate to join our prestigious interdisciplinary team. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the design and implementation of large-scale interdisciplinary research studies.
- Conduct systematic literature reviews to support project development.
- Manage quantitative and qualitative data collection, including survey administration and interview coordination.
- Perform statistical data analysis using software such as SPSS, Stata, or R.
- Coordinate with research collaborators, stakeholders, and participants to ensure project milestones are met.
- Prepare comprehensive research reports, academic papers, and presentation materials.
- Maintain high ethical standards and research integrity throughout all project phases.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Sociology, Psychology, Economics, or a related social science discipline.
- Strong grasp of research methodology and statistical analysis techniques.
- Proven ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple research tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a high level of proficiency in English.
- Experience with data processing software (e.g., SPSS, Stata, R, NVivo).
- Ability to work collaboratively within a diverse, interdisciplinary academic environment.
- Previous experience in academic research or social policy projects is highly advantageous.
