Tanggung Jawab
- Design and execute policy research projects focused on Global Asia and AI governance frameworks
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative data analysis to support research objectives
- Prepare comprehensive research reports, policy briefs, and academic publications
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and external partners on research initiatives
- Present research findings at conferences and stakeholder meetings
- Support grant applications and research proposal development
- Monitor and analyze policy developments across Asian markets
- Mentor junior research staff and contribute to team knowledge building
Kualifikasi
- Master's degree in Political Science, International Relations, Public Policy, or related field
- Prior research experience in policy analysis or academic research settings
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in statistical software and data visualization tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Understanding of Asian political, economic, and social contexts
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced research environments
- Publications or working papers in relevant academic areas preferred
- Familiarity with AI policy frameworks and digital governance issues
