Tanggung Jawab

  • Design and conduct experiments to study plant physiological responses under various environmental conditions.
  • Develop and refine crop modelling algorithms to predict growth patterns and optimize yield.
  • Analyze large datasets to derive insights into horticultural performance and stress tolerance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate physiological data into agritech platforms.
  • Prepare high-quality scientific publications, technical reports, and presentations for conferences.
  • Maintain detailed records of experimental protocols, field trials, and data collection processes.
  • Assist in the supervision of junior researchers or laboratory technicians as needed.

Kualifikasi

  • PhD or Master’s degree in Horticulture, Plant Physiology, Agronomy, Crop Science, or a related field.
  • Strong theoretical knowledge and practical experience in plant growth modelling and data analysis.
  • Proficiency in statistical software (e.g., R, SAS, Python) and data visualization tools.
  • Experience with greenhouse management or field trial design is highly desirable.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical reporting.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary research team.
