Tanggung Jawab
- Design and conduct experiments to study plant physiological responses under various environmental conditions.
- Develop and refine crop modelling algorithms to predict growth patterns and optimize yield.
- Analyze large datasets to derive insights into horticultural performance and stress tolerance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate physiological data into agritech platforms.
- Prepare high-quality scientific publications, technical reports, and presentations for conferences.
- Maintain detailed records of experimental protocols, field trials, and data collection processes.
- Assist in the supervision of junior researchers or laboratory technicians as needed.
Kualifikasi
- PhD or Master’s degree in Horticulture, Plant Physiology, Agronomy, Crop Science, or a related field.
- Strong theoretical knowledge and practical experience in plant growth modelling and data analysis.
- Proficiency in statistical software (e.g., R, SAS, Python) and data visualization tools.
- Experience with greenhouse management or field trial design is highly desirable.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical reporting.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary research team.
- A keen interest in sustainable agriculture, smart farming technologies, and food security solutions.
