Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and oversee clinical research studies from initiation to completion
- Recruit and screen study participants according to protocol requirements
- Manage and maintain accurate research documentation and data
- Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines and regulatory requirements
- Liaise with healthcare professionals, sponsors, and regulatory bodies
- Analyze and interpret research data to contribute to study outcomes
- Prepare progress reports and assist in manuscript preparation
- Train and mentor junior research staff as needed
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in clinical research coordination
- Strong knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in research data management software
