Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and conduct research activities to develop new pharmaceutical formulations and veterinary products.
- Perform laboratory tests, quality control analyses, and clinical trials to ensure product safety and efficacy.
- Ensure all R&D processes comply with national and international regulatory standards (e.g., BPOM, GMP).
- Collaborate with production, marketing, and sales teams to translate scientific findings into commercial products.
- Prepare technical documentation, including research reports, patents, and regulatory submissions.
- Analyze market trends and competitor products to identify opportunities for innovation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, Pharmacy, Veterinary Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Research & Development within the pharmaceutical or chemical industry.
- Strong understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in laboratory equipment and analytical techniques (HPLC, GC-MS, etc.).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
