Tanggung Jawab
- Lead strategic R&D initiatives to develop innovative food products aligned with market trends and consumer preferences
- Conduct comprehensive analysis of current and alternative food ingredients for quality, safety, and cost-effectiveness
- Oversee product development lifecycle from ideation to commercialization, including prototyping and testing
- Collaborate with production, marketing, and quality assurance teams to ensure product viability and regulatory compliance
- Stay abreast of emerging food technologies, scientific advancements, and industry best practices
- Manage R&D projects, including budgeting, resource allocation, and timeline adherence
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for new product formulations and processes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Chemistry, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum 5-7 years of R&D experience in the food and beverage industry
- Proven track record in product development, formulation, and ingredient evaluation
- Strong analytical skills with ability to conduct technical research and data interpretation
- Expert knowledge of food safety regulations (HACCP, GMP, ISO standards)
- Excellent project management capabilities with experience leading cross-functional teams
