Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct thorough desk research and secondary data analysis to support research projects and client initiatives
- Interpret and analyze complex data sets, identifying key trends, patterns, and actionable insights
- Prepare clear and compelling titles, executive summaries, and research reports for client presentations
- Supervise and mentor junior research staff, providing guidance on research methodologies and quality standards
- Collaborate with senior management and account teams to understand client requirements and deliver tailored solutions
- Ensure accuracy and consistency in all research deliverables while meeting tight deadlines
- Contribute to the development of innovative research approaches and methodologies
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field from a reputable institution
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in market research, data analysis, or a similar analytical role
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and statistical software (e.g., SPSS, Excel, Tableau)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex findings clearly
- Proven track record in conducting desk research and synthesizing information from multiple sources
- Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality, error-free work
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure
- Experience in supervising or mentoring junior team members is advantageous
