Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct experimental and theoretical research on carbon fiber reinforced polymers (CFRP) and concrete composites to enhance material properties.
- Design and execute rigorous laboratory tests, including mechanical testing, durability assessments, and microstructural analysis.
- Analyze research data using advanced computational tools and prepare detailed technical reports, publications, and presentations.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on grant applications, project proposals, and industrial partnerships.
- Mentor graduate students and junior researchers, providing guidance on experimental techniques and data interpretation.
- Contribute to the development of new concrete formulations with improved sustainability and performance metrics.
Kualifikasi
- Ph.D. in Materials Science, Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- Strong background in composite materials, specifically carbon fiber reinforced polymers and nanomaterials.
- Proven experience in experimental materials characterization and structural testing techniques.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to publish in peer-reviewed journals.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple research tasks, and meet project deadlines effectively.
- Demonstrated passion for sustainable technology and innovation in the built environment.
