- Conceive, design, and execute innovative research projects in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Electronics Engineering.
- Develop novel algorithms, models, and prototypes to address complex research problems.
- Publish high-quality research papers in leading peer-reviewed journals and conferences.
- Actively seek and secure external research funding and grants.
- Mentor and supervise postgraduate students (Master's and PhD) on their research projects.
- Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams, industry partners, and international researchers.
- Present research findings at seminars, workshops, and international conferences.
- Contribute to the intellectual property development and technology transfer initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- PhD in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or a closely related field from a reputable university.
- Demonstrated strong research track record with a significant publication history in top-tier journals and conferences.
- Proficiency in relevant programming languages (e.g., Python, C++, Java) and research tools/frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Solid understanding of advanced concepts in areas such as AI/ML, Data Science, Robotics, Embedded Systems, Signal Processing, or Cybersecurity.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative research team.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience in grant writing and technical documentation.
- Experience in supervising or mentoring junior researchers/students is highly desirable.
