- Design and develop integrated mechatronic systems for construction robotics applications
- Lead research in autonomous navigation, manipulation, and human-robot interaction for construction environments
- Develop control algorithms and sensor fusion systems for real-time robotic operation
- Collaborate with civil engineers and industry partners to implement robotic solutions in real-world scenarios
- Supervise research activities and mentor junior researchers and graduate students
- Secure research funding through grant applications and industry partnerships

Kualifikasi
- PhD in Mechatronics, Robotics, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of research experience in construction robotics or industrial automation
- Expertise in embedded systems, real-time control, and motion planning algorithms
- Proficiency in CAD/CAM software, simulation tools (MATLAB/Simulink), and programming (C++, Python)
- Strong track record of publishing in IEEE/ASME journals and conference proceedings
- Experience with hardware-in-the-loop testing and field robotics deployments
- Demonstrated ability to secure research grants and manage complex projects
