Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive patient care in emergency and inpatient settings
- Perform clinical assessments, diagnose illnesses, and develop treatment plans
- Collaborate with senior physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams
- Document medical records accurately and maintain patient confidentiality
- Participate in on-call rotations and emergency response protocols
- Conduct ward rounds and monitor patient progress
- Assist in surgical procedures and medical interventions as required
- Contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Medical degree (S.Ked) with valid Indonesian medical license
- Completion of medical internship (Pendidikan Spesialis Dokter)
- Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in emergency situations
- Proficiency in electronic medical record systems
- Commitment to ongoing medical education and professional development
