Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily operations and management of the resident care programme to ensure high standards of living.
- Plan, organize, and execute recreational and therapeutic activities tailored to the needs of elderly residents.
- Monitor resident health, safety, and emotional well-being, reporting any concerns promptly to the management team.
- Coordinate with healthcare professionals, social workers, and families to provide holistic support to residents.
- Manage staff schedules, conduct training sessions, and supervise caregivers to ensure consistent service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of resident activities, incidents, and program evaluations.
- Ensure full compliance with relevant local regulations and organizational policies regarding elderly care.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Social Work, Gerontology, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in community or residential care, elderly care management, or social services.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with seniors, families, and staff.
- Proven organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Compassionate, patient, and empathetic demeanor towards the elderly population.
- Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and public holidays as required.
