Tanggung Jawab
- Perform a variety of general maintenance and repair tasks for residential properties.
- Conduct basic plumbing repairs, including fixing leaks and installing faucets or toilets.
- Carry out minor electrical work, such as light fixture replacement and outlet maintenance.
- Handle wall repairs, painting, and basic carpentry projects.
- Assemble furniture and install household appliances and hardware.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace at all job sites.
- Communicate professionally with clients to understand their needs and provide status updates.
- Ensure all repairs meet local safety standards and company quality protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Handyman, Maintenance Worker, or in a similar trades role.
- Strong knowledge of basic hand and power tools and their proper safety usage.
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve common household repair issues independently.
- Good physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy equipment or perform manual labor.
- Excellent attention to detail and a high standard for workmanship.
