- Plan and execute promotional events including product launches, in-store activations, and brand awareness campaigns
- Develop creative concepts and detailed event briefs aligned with marketing objectives
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and retail partners for seamless event implementation
- Manage event budgets and ensure cost-effective resource allocation
- Analyze post-event metrics to measure ROI and identify optimization opportunities
- Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to inform activation strategies
- Collaborate with digital teams to integrate social media amplification for events
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in event planning or retail activation
- Strong portfolio demonstrating successful brand campaigns or retail promotions
- Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects
- Proficiency in budget management and vendor negotiation
- Creative thinking with ability to develop innovative promotional concepts
- Strong communication skills for stakeholder coordination
- Knowledge of Indonesian consumer electronics market preferred
