Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and optimize paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising) specifically for Dell Retail accounts.
- Design and execute programmatic display strategies to increase brand visibility and drive traffic.
- Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, optimize for cost-efficiency, and improve ROAS.
- Collaborate with Retail Partners to align media buying strategies with broader business goals.
- Maintain accurate reporting, forecasting, and budget management for all paid media channels.
- Conduct A/B testing on ad copy and landing pages to continuously improve conversion rates.
- Stay updated on the latest digital advertising trends, algorithm changes, and industry best practices.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2-5 years) in Paid Search (SEM) and Programmatic advertising.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics and Excel/Google Sheets.
- Deep understanding of digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, DV360, Adform, Kenshoo).
- Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, and results-driven environment.
- Familiarity with the retail landscape and e-commerce performance marketing.
