Tanggung Jawab
- Dispense prescription medications accurately while providing clear usage instructions and potential side effects to customers
- Offer professional advice on over-the-counter medications, health supplements, and beauty products
- Conduct health screenings and provide basic wellness consultations to customers
- Manage inventory control, including stock ordering, rotation, and wastage reduction
- Ensure strict compliance with pharmacy regulations, safety protocols, and company policies
- Maintain accurate patient records and prescription histories for continuity of care
- Train and supervise pharmacy assistants to optimize store operations and service quality
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy with valid Malaysian Pharmacy Board registration
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail pharmacy or clinical setting preferred
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products, drug interactions, and healthcare regulations
- Excellent communication skills with ability to explain complex medical information simply
- Proficiency in pharmacy management software and inventory systems
- Customer-focused mindset with ability to handle multiple inquiries efficiently
