Tanggung Jawab
- Execute daily sales canvassing activities to reach target prospects and retail partners in the assigned area.
- Identify, qualify, and secure new merchant acquisitions to expand our client's market presence.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key retail stakeholders.
- Provide detailed daily reports on sales progress, market insights, and competitor activity to the management team.
- Educate retail owners and staff on product features, benefits, and current promotional campaigns.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales volume and conversion targets set by the business unit.
- Resolve any client concerns or issues promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in Sales, specifically within FMCG, Telecommunications, or Merchant Acquisition sectors.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate persuasively with diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed aggressive sales KPIs and targets.
- High level of self-motivation, resilience, and a results-oriented mindset.
- Proficient in using mobile sales tools and reporting applications.
- Willingness to work in the field and travel within the Tangerang and Banten region.
- Professional appearance and excellent presentation skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field is a plus.
