Staffinc Group is currently seeking a driven and results-oriented Retail Sales Executive (Sales Canvasser) to join our dynamic team in Depok. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, responsible for expanding our market presence and building lasting relationships with retailers and merchants.
As a Sales Canvasser, you will play a critical role in our revenue generation strategy. We are looking for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at face-to-face communication, and possesses a hunter mentality. Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and acquire new retail partners and merchants within the assigned territory in Depok.
- Conduct professional product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Meet and exceed daily and monthly sales targets set by the management team.
- Maintain detailed records of canvassing activities and client interactions in our CRM.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing merchants to ensure repeat business.
- Execute field marketing strategies to increase brand visibility in the retail sector.
- Provide regular feedback from the field to help improve our sales processes and product offerings.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Proven professional experience as a Sales Executive, specifically in FMCG, Telecommunication, or Merchant Acquisition.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to persuade and influence.
- High level of self-motivation and the ability to work independently in the field.
- Target-oriented mindset with a resilient approach to overcoming sales objections.
- Familiarity with the Depok area market landscape is highly preferred.
- Possess a valid driver's license (SIM C) and personal vehicle.
