Join PT. Selaras Mitra Gemilang as a Retail Sales Representative and become an essential part of our dynamic sales team in Tuban. In this customer-facing role, you'll be responsible for establishing strong relationships with retail partners, ensuring optimal product visibility, and driving sales growth through strategic store visits. Your primary focus will include executing repeat orders to maintain inventory levels, conducting professional collections to ensure timely payments, and identifying new business opportunities within your assigned territory. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular store visits across Tuban territory to build and maintain retailer relationships
- Execute repeat order processes to ensure optimal product availability
- Manage professional collections and payment follow-ups with retail partners
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends in assigned region
- Implement visual merchandising standards for product displays
- Prepare weekly sales reports and performance metrics
- Collaborate with logistics team to resolve delivery issues
- Train store staff on product features and promotions
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent (D3/S1 preferred in Business/Marketing)
- Minimum 1-2 years of sales or retail experience
- Valid driver's license with personal vehicle ownership
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal communication skills
- Proficiency in basic sales reporting tools
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of local Tuban retail landscape advantageous
- Goal-oriented with proven sales track record
